Had a appointment for 2 weeks and they questioned me like I was a criminal, I got there at 8:15 and didn't get out till after 11. Said they were busy and didn't have enough technician, Is that my fault?? Only had a check engine light on and all they had to do was reset

I had an appointment for an oil change. But we were there for 2 hours. I couldn't understand why, but then I realized that they were waiting on the air filter to be delivered. But still I felt 2 hours was too long, but I know that sometimes things happen. Andrew is excellent in communicating with me
